What data this site collects
This site does not use tracking cookies or external analytics tools to monitor your browsing activity.
The only active form is the Contact and Help form: when you submit a message, the information you provide (name, contact detail, and message) is stored on a secure Firestore server so that Casa de la Mujer's interdisciplinary team can read your request and provide the requested support.
Confidentiality and access to information
All information sent regarding situations of violence is strictly confidential and reserved. It is read by Casa de la Mujer's care team, through protected accounts on the internal panel. The technical provider that maintains the site can access the data only for maintenance tasks, under an obligation of confidentiality, and does not take part in care work.
If you reach out via WhatsApp or email, the conversation remains secure within institutional communication channels.
How long we keep your message
We don't delete messages automatically or on a fixed schedule: each message is kept until the team coordinator decides to delete it, case by case, from the internal panel. You can ask us at any time to delete yours.
If the prosecutor's office or the police request this data
We only hand over information about a message if a written court order arrives. That handover always goes through the organization's leadership, never a direct response from the care team, and is logged: what was handed over, to whom, and when.
How to clear your trace in this browser
The «Quick exit» button above takes you off this page instantly and replaces it in your history, but it does not erase previous page visits.
The steps to clear your browsing history on a phone or computer, and to browse in private mode without leaving a trace from the start, are detailed in «How to browse without leaving a trace».
