Leadership building
The Women's Center actively promotes capacity building and leadership development among girls, boys, adolescents, young people, and women, recognizing them as key agents of change in their communities. Through comprehensive sociopolitical training processes that combine theoretical and practical methodologies, the organization fosters the empowerment and autonomy of these groups. The central objective is to provide them with the necessary tools to understand, defend, and freely exercise all their individual, collective, and political rights, as well as their sexual and reproductive rights, thus contributing to the construction of a more just, equitable, and violence-free society.
Strengthening workshop
- Fortalecimiento institucional: Casa de la Mujer trabaja con los gobiernos locales para fortalecer sus capacidades e incorporar los enfoques de derechos humanos y género en la atención a mujeres, niñas, niños y adolescentes.
- Fortalecer las capacidades cognitivas de lxs jóvenes para que puedan ejercer libremente sus derechos individuales, sus derechos colectivos, sus derechos políticos y sus derechos sexuales y reproductivos con acciones orientados a su empoderamiento mediante procesos de formación sociopolítica teóricas y prácticas.
